Exchange & Refund

You may return your item within 14 days from the time of purchase for a full refund, credit or exchange of all purchases within Australia. To be eligible for a return, all returned items must be in original condition - unwashed, unworn and with no deodorant and makeup marks. We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if it has been worn, damaged or soiled. We are unable to offer refunds on clearance items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note - Shipping cost are non refundable.

Faulty Product

We are confident in the quality of our product and trust that the item you choose will arrive without fault. However, on the rare occasion this does happen, please email explaining the problem and we can either refund the cost of the item or replace it if a replacement is in stock.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item unless goods are declared faulty. Shipping costs on goods purchased are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of postage will be deducted from your refund. As we cannot take any liability for the loss or damage during return transit we suggest you send via registered post.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
